An Orange IPA from Gdl Brewing Co. enjoyed while watching the Super Bowl at a cool brewpub in Jalisco named Hallertauer Tap House & Beer Shop in Guadalajara, Mexico. It’s one of 30 different taps available at Hallertauer.
It was a very enjoyable beer, and I’m quite glad I got the 20 oz pour. I don’t have too many tasting notes to write about, because I wasn’t really focusing on it, but this is definitely a beer I would gladly drink again.
I’ve been traveling around Mexico the last month or so, visiting lots of craft breweries, but I haven’t written too much, because I’m not entirely sure what content direction I would like to take this page.
While I was in Vietnam, I networked extensively in order to provide a kind of insider view, but it really took a lot out of me. In case you don’t know, I’m actually a very shy and introverted person.
Anyway, if anyone has any ideas for what kind of beer related content they would like to see, I’d love to hear about it!
